Scar Treatment

Scar care divides into two jobs. Silicone gels, sheets and tapes hold moisture against a closed scar and keep it soft and flat while it matures — that work is slow and measured in months, not days. Brightening formulas with tranexamic acid, niacinamide or vitamin C target the leftover discolouration rather than the texture.

Each listing states the active and the size, so you can match the format to the scar: sheets for straight surgical lines, gel for awkward contours, serum for post-acne marks. Use on healed skin only, never on an open wound.
