We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For Beauty & Personal Care items, returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or in a condition that is the fault of the seller.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with all original packaging, safety seals intact, and all included accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, haircare, fragrance, makeup, nail, tattooing, and personal care items cannot be returned.

For seller-caused issues (damaged, defective, incorrect, expired), Belvera will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return the item for any reason. However, Beauty & Personal Care items must still be unopened, unused, with all seals intact, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Belvera ships exclusively within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Deliveries to areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and certain rural postcodes may take longer because of seasonal and logistical factors.
We always strive for timely deliveries, but once a parcel is handed to the courier, Belvera is not responsible for carrier delays, customs checks or weather-related disruptions.
